Board of Directors

Thomas Dean is one of the founders of One Luv Outreach Ministries. He is passionate about working with the youth and underserved communities. He spends free time with family and enjoys antique cars as a hobby. 

Marie Dean is currently supervisor with a non-profit organization located in South Florida. She has been working within the non-profit field for over 20 years. She is passionate about serving the town of Derac, Haiti because she grew up close to there and has always wanted to give back. She is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for One Luv Outreach Ministries. In their free time, Marie enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving at church, and reading. 

Nadia Saint-Louis is an educator with over 19 years of leadership and support in public schools. She is passionate about serving others and spreading God's love through mission work and community outreach. She is honored to serve on the board for One Luv and looks forward to continuing making a difference  in her community and abroad. 

Nathalie Charles is an educator, ministry leader, and community advocate with more than 25 years of experience in education and nearly three decades of nonprofit and faith-based service. Her work has included supporting youth, women, survivors of sex trafficking, individuals in recovery, the Deaf community, and multicultural ministries. Passionate about education, leadership, and community empowerment, Nathalie brings a collaborative spirit, transparent and encouraging perspective, along with a deep commitment to helping individuals and organizations thrive. She is dedicated to advancing the nonprofit's mission through compassionate service, strong partnerships, and meaningful community impact.
